  • What exactly do I get when I sign up?

  • How is the workout plan structured?
    Your plan is customised to your experience level, goals, and available equipment. Whether you train at a gym or at home, I’ll create a structured routine that helps you progress every week.
  • What kind of diet plan will I receive?
    I’ll suggest the best, healthy, tastiest foods that you can buy so that you hit your macros way easier and enjoy the process!
  • What if I have specific dietary needs (vegan, halal, allergies, etc.)?
    I’ll only suggest foods to buy depending on your goals and dietary requirements!
  • How do the weekly check-in calls work?
    Each week, we’ll have a one-on-one call to track your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and keep you accountable. This helps ensure you're staying on track and seeing results.
  • What if I have questions throughout the program?
    You’ll have 24/7 access to me via WhatsApp, so if you ever have a question about your diet, workouts, or anything else, I’m here to help.
  • How fast will I see results?
    Results vary depending on your starting point, effort, and consistency, but most clients start noticing changes within the first 2-3 weeks. By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll see a significant transformation if you stick to the plan!
  • What happens after the 6 weeks?
    At the end of the program, we’ll discuss the next steps based on your goals. Many clients choose to continue working with me to maintain their progress and push for further results but clients are also very satisfied with their results and choose to continue on their own.
